What we stand for:

The Connecticut for Lieberman Party (CFL) rejects the fraud perpetrated on the members of this party and the citizens of Connecticut by Joe Lieberman when he used the creation of this party to get on the general election ballot in 2006. The CFL is an independent, anti-war, anti-corruption, pro-fiscal responsibility, pro-democracy party, that stands for individual liberties and real problem-solving in government. The CFL wants everyone to know that in the United States of America, voters are free to join any party they wish, and participate in the democratic process according to the laws of Connecticut and the United States.

Joe Lieberman deliberately impedes real health care reform

And yet, 64% of CT voters support the public option. Mr. Lieberman doesn't understand what representative government is.

Clearly Joe Lieberman has loyalty to the insurance companies and not to his constituents. Lieberman supports having an insurance-run health care system, with insurance company bureacrats standing between patients and physicians, rationing your health care for profit. Those insurance company bureaucrats dictate to your physician if you will get treatment or not and if that insurance company bureaucrat decides you will have treatment, they choose the cheapest treatment, not the best treatment.

Joe Leiberman supports an insurance-run health care system that is directly responsible for the deaths of 122 Americans each day, some are from Connecticut, some are in your community. Joe Leiberman is directly responsible for the deaths of people from Connecticut by supporting a filibuster of health care reform with the public option. It is Joe Leiberman's insurance-run health care system that could be responsible for YOUR death, when, should you be lucky enough to have health insurance, which can be taken away from you and health care denied at the whim of insurance company bureaucrats. Do you want Joe Leiberman responsible for YOUR death?
